Interview
The company's main tool is a recruitment tool, where you fill in some questionnaires about your personality, your drives, and some kind of "intelligence" test. So, of course, the first part is to fill in this questionnaire. I'm a bit hesitant about the validity (at least for the first two parts), since you are forced to pick between two options, you can't choose neither or both. There are so many personality assessments which are proven to be reliable and valid (such as the HEXACO), and take the more complex spectrum-like aspects of personality into account, so why not base the tool on these? However, they say thousands of companies use this tool, so even if I'm not completely seeing it, I guess it is a useful filter :)
