Asset Verification Developer interview questions

The interview was nice and all the technical questions are appropriate but they never got back to me neither with offer nor with out an offer. I tried to reach back to them but still no response. When face to face interviews are conducted both the employer and the employee spend their time and I believe a response is needed whatever their decision is.
