Think of questions like: Have you ever used power tools? If your superior told you to do something you don't agree with what would you do? What does integrity mean to you? Describe a time where you built/repaired something how did you approach it? Overall, the interview consisted of the panel taking turns asking questions and evaluating responses for about 30 minutes.
