2 mains rounds happened - 1st was aptitude based and the second was more business related
both rounds went fine; 1st was taken by a TL and the second was by the manager
It was very easy for me as I clearly understood the process of handling customer escalations, ensuring quick resolution, maintaining professionalism, and delivering a positive experience to retain customer trust and satisfaction.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Atlys (New Delhi) in Apr 2025
Interview
I applied to Atlys via LinkedIn and was contacted by a recruiter shortly after. They asked me to complete a take-home UI assignment, which was around 3–4 hours of work. Before starting, I came across several reviews cautioning that the company often uses these assignments without real hiring intent. Despite the concerns, I had some free time and decided to complete it anyway.
A few days after submitting, I was scheduled for the first interview round. The conversation started with some basic questions, followed by a React.js machine coding task. I solved the problem and applied the necessary optimizations. The round went good overall, so I was expecting to move forward.
Instead, I heard back five days later that I hadn’t cleared the round—without any feedback. After spending several hours on the assignment and interview prep, the process felt quite one-sided.
If you're considering an opportunity at Atlys, I’d recommend doing your research and being cautious before investing too much time. It felt like the company was more focused on getting free work done through assignments than genuinely hiring candidates.
