I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Audentio Design in Dec 2021
Interview
The first interview was with the designer. Which went really well. The second interview was supposed to be with the manager. I was told in that pair programming interview that they will ask you to make a chess game in react. Well, they ghosted me, and never heard back from them.

Interview
I applied through Indeed, and Tyler reached out. He was casual, nice and personable. We scheduled a first call with Mike, who owns Audentio.
Mike didn't show up to the call. I waited 15 minutes. After an hour he emailed saying that he needed to reschedule. Life happens, and I was very interested in the position so I agreed.
Tyler set up a second calendar invite, and both Mike and I accepted it. He stood me up again. I'm not sure what I did wrong but it was a very strange non-interview process.
Leaving here in case it helps them be more conscious of people's time. And in case I can help others avoid going through the same.
