Interview
The interview process was with one of their HR representatives, and the questions she asked came out of left field, in my opinion. It was very dry, speedy, and to the point.

Who was your supervisor at your last job? How would they rate your performance level on a scale of 1-10? Why do you think they would give you that rating? What would they say your strengths are? Weaknesses?
Then she did this for the previous 2 jobs/supervisors as well.
