I got a phone screen with them, and then an hour before the phone screen the recruiter cancels and asks to reschedule. No big deal, stuff comes up. The next phone screen comes around, and the same recruiter doesn't show up for the interview, and then emails me an hour later asking to reschedule again. I get it, life gets in the way sometimes, and I dont want to hold this against him, but im open for another chance. I get to the phone screen. 3rd phone screen comes around, and this guys doesnt call me, and then doesnt message back. wtf? I talk to him later, and he barely asks me any relevant questions to my experience, and then I get a rejection the next day. I am fairly lenient and patient, and I hope this company treats its staff with more respect than this.
