Avantiico interview questions

My first interview was with H/R over the phone. I had a chance to learn about the company, its culture, the history and the general direction its taking during our conversation. It was more conversation since we mutually were asking and addressing the relevant issues. There was clarity as to the expectations which I appreciated. The second interview was also succinct, and interesting conversation. I was asked to do a presentation for the third interview on an "Implementation Project", in front of a panel. It was different but also refreshing; since I was able to demonstrate my skills.

We did a phone screening first, where we discussed basic qualifications. Following that I was invited to create a video explaining a process/project that I had done. The next round had me come in to the office and present to a team of four people on two topics. I had a week to complete the presentations.
