HR Screening call 30 mins, Panel round with Senior Sales Panel 60 mins, CEO round. I interview with the Sales mid management opp. they had approached for.
Honest feedback:
1. It was an interrogation rather than an interview.
2. Critical and nit-picking of miniscule details which don;t matter for a senior role - felt it was a waste of couple of hours talking about pointless topics that were irrelevant to the role being offered on the table.
3. Rude, unprofessional tone with hints of megalomania by this panel member
4. Impression of the Org/Culture gathered was that of a 'lala' company - unprofessionally managed, reeking of frugality & seemed like ill ethics all around - fishing for personal details gave it away then lost interest
5. Panel projecting major insecurities in his behavior, not allowing one to speak and being overly pessimistic, quite shocking since the panel has 20+ years experience. was lost for words post halftime.
6. B-grade or C-grade laggard in IT services, old establishment thats been around too long but suffers from lack of younger, brighter pedigree and innovation.
3/10 from whatever gathered on the people, process and client base.
One look at their website, linkedin and speaking to their top honchos - you will most likely steer clear. Not advisable, one can skip and not risk a stint.
