Business dress, the lead software engineer will have you do a programming task. Following the task they ask how it could be improved, along with some questions about what you would do if put in various situations.

Sat down and talked to the CEO for about an hour, he did most of the talking, not a lot of technical questions, but at the end he decided that he liked me.
