it started with you filling out an application on their website, then you will get an email if they would like to have an interview with you. The first interview is a one way video interview. If they like that then they contact you references. If they like what your references have to say then they ask you for an interview via google hangouts. Then you usually get an answer within the week

The hiring process was smooth, including an online application, email and phone correspondences, and a video interview. The interview was casual (though structured) and included typical interview questions and an opportunity to discuss the positions candidly.

Lied about days off. Said we had Saturdays off, then worked us from 6am - 2pm or 6am - 10pm - that’s a minimum of 8 hours to 14 hours on your day off. Promised reimbursement for travel - $200 - never paid.

Much of the interview involved scenarios, and describing how we would respond to kids acting out, kids being afraid to participate in activities, parents having concerns, and similar questions. They offered a job at the end of the interview.

Very pleasant and brief, my interviewer was kind and clearly loved the company he worked for. He spoke respectfully and asked meaningful questions. I was pleasantly surprised to be hired on-the-spot at the end of the interview, which was done over Skype. Initially, a group interview was requested, but they offered to do my personal interview over Skype when I said that I could not make it.
