I applied online. I interviewed at Aviva (Norwich, England) in Oct 2024
Interview
Using STAR, you are asked set questions which are behaviours based and then either a scenario role play or technical questions linked to the role. Overall the experience is very fair and you can tell that they really want you to do well in the central recruitment team. It can feel strange not receiving responses to your answers but they do this to keep it all fair. A challenging interview but by far one of the best ones.

The interview process was good. The girl I spoke to was kind, they asked me standard questions for a normal interview. The process was nice and smooth. Didn't have any problems with that.
