Applied online. Filling out the application form was straight forward. Got an email for and initial phone interview. Was pretty basic. Went over past experience and was told in length about the next stage of interview which would be a Teams call. The interview on Teams was with 2 people and was a strength based interview using the STAR method. There were around 8 questions in total.

Very nice interviewers. Good intro about role and then on to strength based questions. Really need to use the STAR method to answer. Chance to ask questions at the end. Lasted about 45 minutes.
