I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Axis Communications (Lowell, MA) in Dec 2018
Interview
A brief phone interview was followed by an online personality test and then an in-person interview. The third interview involved an Excel test and a PowerPoint presentation. At all stages the employees were incredibly kind, interesting, and made me super excited about the potential of working for such a great company. It honestly made me feel like great companies ARE out there, and that they really do value their employees. Everyone was nice, personable, and I felt like they really were trying to get to know me, instead of just seeing if I'd be an acceptable fit.
Thanks for taking the time to leave a review! We take pride in our people and the fabulous culture we have here at Axis and are glad that you had a pleasant interview experience with us. Wish you good luck with your job search.
Other Channel Coordinator Interview Reviews for Axis Communications
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Axis Communications (Chelmsford, MA) in Jan 2018
Interview
phone interview, in person interview, follow-up in person interview
Before the in person interview HR will send a test to assess your personality with the open position. The follow-up in person interview usually involves a presentation, or assessment.
I actually interviewed for two positions for Axis. After I did not get the job I had applied and interviewed for HR forwarded my resume to a different department with a job opening. If they like you and think you're a good fit for the company they will see if other jobs are available for you.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The phone interview involved a lot of scenario questions, as well as experience questions. It was a little more involved than some of the phone screening questions I have gotten before.
The in person interviews were more about job fit, not only by experience, but also by what work environment works best for you. They really care about culture fit.
Specific question asked was - What type of management do you prefer?
Thank you for taking the time to write a note about your positive interview experience. We are so glad that you have joined the team and look forward to having you here with us for many more years!
