Very good interview process. They were thorough. The compensation package was very unusual. The roll pays less than I may currently. There was no wiggle room on negotiation. I left scratching my head how you could pay so little and then still put a cap on sales goals. The benefit package was very good.

The interview for this position consisted of an HR screening, speaking with another ISAM, a call with the Area Sales Manager, and then an interview at the AEC. During the final interview phase you are required to give a presentation on a project assigned to you in front of your fellow Axians. It's not bad, just make sure to prepare! Everyone is super nice so don't be nervous!
