Interview
The interview process will start with a screening phone call or sometimes a scheduled screening call. The second phase would be a panel interview where you'll meet with the Hiring manager, the functional manager and might include other important team members. Interviews are normally very friendly, casual and transparent in terms of what the company is looking for, the company's culture and what to expect if selected.

Interview
Very simple, they do not have any background in the field. The PM just see if the project is being executed by other people and if it’s not, they will just tell the manager. So, the interview is just 2-3 conversations to see if you have a minimum profile.

At first, the HR recruiter will have an online interview to evaluate the candidates previous experiences. If candidates match the job description, they will be called to Axis Lighting for an in person interview.
