My suspicion is that he thinks of himself as some kind of mastermind and thinks prodding you with crazy questions and getting you to "crack" will reveal something. The founder also caused his own delays and could often be heard yelling while I was waiting for the interview to begin. Also, the salary is posted at 50K but when I arrived and was asked what kind of compensation I was seeking, I stated that the job listing said 50K and they responded that it was NOT the salary for the position. Probably the worst interview I've ever experienced.
