B&M Retail Interview Questions

My experience was very calming and relaxed. It was professional but also nothing too intense. Asked questions about myself, my interests and what I knew about the company. The whole experience was not as scary as I thought.

Found it to be very informal, my interview was 30 minutes late which i thought was slightly unprofessional. First part was them describing what the job would be and when I would be expected to start. Mainly just asked about myself and my experience. They didn't ask if I knew anything about the company, more interested in experience and availability (if i had any holidays booked). Mention that you're very comfortable in fast paced environments.

Easy interview, more like a show around the store and then told the rules and policies. They say it’s an interview but not very formal in the slightest. Friendly staff and managers.

Fairly straight forward, come into store interview with the store manager. Asking regular questions about experience and customer service, and lasting about 30 mins. The usual competency questions which most retailers alike ask

Applying was straight forward. Phone interview with HR the next day. Invited to interview 2 days after that. Asked to prepare a SWOT of 2 sites. Interview was with 2 area managers.

Very simple applied in person and then they invited me for an interview which ended up being in person and then did the interview which lasted for like 10 minutes

I was Asked a of couple questions It was a Causal interview Nothing too tricky at all just standard interview questions such as why do you want the job, tell me about a time where such and such has happened

I had an on-the-spot telephone interview. I had no time to prepare for the call as they called me out of the blue, and they asked me questions about why I wanted to work for B&M, what I knew about the company, what my salary expectations were, and what job role I was looking for. The person who called me was a little rude and abrasive. I was told that if I passed the screening I would be invited for an in-person interview, but I have not heard back yet.
