Applied online in July and received a call in September inviting me to an interview a couple of weeks ago. The interview was competency-based and I was given two written tasks at the end. I have followed up the interview as I wanted to know whether I got the role or not but I was also very interested in receiving feedback as they promise this on their site. Unfortunately it's very disappointing that my emails have been ignored and I have gotten no feeback on the process.

The interview was face-to-face with two members of their team, in a rather small and compact office space, the interviewer was reading someone else CV whilst asking me about my own and had to pause for a moment to go through my own. After the interview I was told that I would hear about the outcome by the end of the week or early the following week, I still to this day have not heard anything, and I choose not to follow-up as I felt it was rather disrespectful for the company not to get back to me. the post was advertised as full-time permanent and at the interview, I was told it was contracted until October 2019.
