Interview
Asked for an in person interview without phone screening. My interviewer asked me a few questions and gave me lots of opportunities to ask questions in return. The interviewer was the lead PI on the project.
The interview was pretty relaxed overall. They asked me questions about myself, my personality, some situational scenarios, and a few things from my resume. It definitely depends on the department — some teams keep it casual, while others ask tougher, more technical or unexpected questions that you might not always know how to answer.
