Interview
Both interviewers were nice and friendly. We did discuss the salary a bit and they seem to be happy with the numbers I mentioned, but eventually the offer came with a lower number. Not sure why they wanted to continue knowing that they wouldn't offer what I asked for.
Three round, very technical, the partner asked a lot of audit and accounting question, which is very practical in daily work. Good if you have internship before otherwise sometime you will get lost during the interview.

Eu confuso, mas a entrevista com o diretor foi ótima, entretanto, várias pessoas distintas do RH me procurou, mas não ne dava respostas concretas para a questão salarial, até hoje não tive retorno

Il primo step è stato un assessment con prova di gruppo su un case study e poi test tecnico a crocette su bilancio e contabilità. Poi secondo step colloquio conoscitivo.
