First Interview with chosen office manager, Then AC in same office weeks later. (comprised Group Discussion, Presentation, and written aspect) and Final Interview same day with partner. Very Relaxed process. Got to meet current trainees and asked as much questions as I needed to.

The interview lasted about an hour and included a mix of motivational and job simulation questions. They asked about my skills, previous experiences, and specifically why I chose BDO instead of the Big 4 firms.

It was an easy and smooth interview process with friendly interviewer who was knowledgeable. The assessment centre was also a good experience and all the rounds were very clearly explained to us and the group discussion topics were also interesting.
