Essay writing at first, then interviewer (one from HR and another is partner) ask questions about the candidate. Talk as much as possible (relevant strength) in the interview to show your enthusiastic about the job. They want to know what is your personality and if they ask you question back, that means they are interested in you. So, be sure to talk a lot about your involvement in extra-curricular activities. Plus, prepare some questions to ask at the end of the interview to show you are interested in the job.
very easy, non technical, vibe based, I wasnt asked any technical questions mostly my experience why I wanted to move what i'm looking to get out of the internship. Only one round

Interview
This is a group interview assessing candidate's language ability. We were required to have a group discussion in trilingual language, including English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Overall, this interview process was quite smooth.
Quick and efficient, give you offer in a few days. Intern recruiting process is fast and just 1 round of interview. But the salary is low. Interview is quite easy, only meeting the HR.
