There were 4 stages to the interview process: application form, psychometric tests, video interview and assessment centre. HR was quick to get back about results and next stages and people were friendly. The assessment centre includes a group exercise, written report, presentation and partner interview.

It's a video interview consisting of 9 questions. You have 30s to prepare and 90s to record your response. They do change the questions for each person but questions are similar.
