Interview
This interview process was long. I was contacted by a recruiter by phone, then had another phone call from the director in the area. After the second phone call, I had an in office interview with an associate and manager, then four more phone calls by various team members.

not too many of these, basic questions in the field. there were a lot of questions regarding my personality and character.

The interview process was pretty smooth. From the application it went to the aptitude test if qualified you have 2 - 3 managerial / HR rounds as well in which they check the technical skills , behavioural fit of the individual etc

The interview was casual and straightforward. It felt like more of a conversation than a formal Q and A. Both of my interviewees were well prepared and easy to talk to.
If you are a fresher, prepare all the basics you know about accounting and Indian tax and you will crack the interview. My interview was quite easy and recruiters were friendly.
