BDO's graduate hiring policy is shocking. Be prepared to be told that you have successfully reached a final assessment, and to wait for further correspondence, only for them to email you saying you were unsuccessful a month later. In addition to this, this great company will say that they loved your application, and can accommodate a switch to another 'open' role, tell you to take another look at their vacancies, make you wait another week once you select what you want, and then say is that closed too. Technical round and behavioural round both at the same time by the team manager, asking concepts related to business valuation methodologies and use cases. What is beta, about startup’s, how are you at using excel, power point etc questions.
Very straightforward. Only behaviourals, so your success depends on the cultural fit. No technical questions were asked, but you will be questioned on your relevant past experiences and what you have on your resume.
