Interview
There are two phases, the first is the HR screening phone call and followed by an interview with audit director/partner.
Interviewer was friendly and made me very enjoyable and relaxed throughout the process.
Got the job offer next day after the interview.
Hard but think I did well and the interviewer was nice and asked me a lot of questions and I was able to answer them all completely and fully so I think I did well but didn’t get far only one interview

Why BDO? Why would you want to work here and what inspires you?
1st point of contact was with recruiter gather information of your experience 2nd and 3rd interview was with a manager and a partner. They just ask your previous experience and describe their positions.

Interview
It was a technical and competence based and interviewer was friendly and the whole process was great. They asked the technical bits of accounting standards because as a senior you are supposed to be competent in ifrs.
