Got an interview through employee referral. I had three 1 on 1 interviews with managers and partners in one morning. Each interview lasted for 30 minutes. Questions are very conversational and easy. I had lunch with associates after interview. No technical questions. I heard from them in the same week.

Interview
The interview process was pretty smooth. From the application it went to the aptitude test if qualified you have 2 - 3 managerial / HR rounds as well in which they check the technical skills , behavioural fit of the individual etc

The interview was casual and straightforward. It felt like more of a conversation than a formal Q and A. Both of my interviewees were well prepared and easy to talk to.
If you are a fresher, prepare all the basics you know about accounting and Indian tax and you will crack the interview. My interview was quite easy and recruiters were friendly.
