Couple rounds of interview. People were mostly friendly. The communication was good and I was always aware of the next steps in the process. I was made the offer for an internship and then was offered a full time position at the start of busy season.
Il processo prevede un assessment di gruppo online dove viene fatta una presentazione dell'azienda. Successivamente viene fatto una prova di gruppo (non tecnico) e infine un breve test tecnico. Se il tutto è positivo si viene contattati il giorno dopo dall'HR. Infine se anche il colloquio HR è positivo c'è un colloquio tecnico con il manager di riferimento.
