Interview
It went really well and the interviewer was very polite. I felt like I was being heard. It was a teams interview and the interviewer arrived early. They asked me questions and answered my wuestions
Screening call, friendly and nice. Asked about experience and goals, had a light discussion. I was told what the next steps would be but did not get a second interview.

Interview
It was supposed to be a 3 stage interview
First with the HR
Second with a senior manager
Third with a Director or Partner
I only go to the 2nd stage
2nd stage was more of technical question, audit quality and project management
My feedback was that my experience was not sufficient to move to the third stage
