BEEM interview questions

Initial phone screening with recruiting followed by a virtual meeting with leadership then with leadership and a future teammate. Lastly a lunch/dinner with the team to get to know the members and chat.

The process is composed of 3 interviews. The first interview is a quick phone interview with a HR consultant. Overall it's a huge waste of time. Their mission is to democratize the ML tools, if you look at all young startups they all use the word "democratize". The word has lost its meaning. Overall I rate the interview as negative because the process is heavy with total disregard of the applicant's time.
