I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at BIK (Bengaluru) in May 2024
Interview
This is the process, HR screening round, Sales Head round, Technical round, CEO round. They understand your experience and test your ability to pitch and finally end the round with making you meet the CEP
I applied online. I interviewed at BIK (Bengaluru) in Jan 2026
Interview
Very easy and good process. The interaction was quite clear and the feedback was given just during the interview which means a lot to any employee. The company is doing really well and they are growing in various regions which shows that their growth is consistent
I went through a multi-round interview process that included an assignment, discussions with the hiring manager and CTO, a culture fit round, and additional assessments. Feedback during the process was consistently positive, and every round went very well.
However, after completing the final round, there was a prolonged period of silence (nearly two weeks) with no clear updates despite follow-ups. Communication only resumed after repeated outreach, and the rejection was eventually conveyed without timely clarity.
While I received an AI Generated templatised feedback at the end, the overall experience felt unnecessarily stressful and avoidable. Being kept in limbo for weeks after clearing the culture fit round creates uncertainty and leaves candidates feeling undervalued.
Pros:
Interviewers (Hiring Manager, CTO) were thoughtful and asked relevant product questions
Interview discussions were engaging and intellectually stimulating
Product space and problems are interesting
Cons:
Extremely poor communication and closure during the final stages
Long periods of silence after the final round
Lack of transparency around timelines and decision-making
HR follow-ups were inconsistent and unclear
