Rigorous, but fair. The interview process was about 4 weeks. I applied on June 28, heard back from HR on July 2, first interview with the People Team was July 3, second interview with my current supervisor was July 10, third interview was with the person who was handling the duties of the position I applied for while it was vacant on July 12, and the fourth interview was with the department head on July 23. They made an offer on July 23 as well. Obviously, I may feel a little differently if I wasn't selected for the position, but I think that their interview process is only as lengthly as it is because they try to heavily vet the candidates to ensure that you know what you're signing up for. For example, my resume and cover letter indicate that I am a writer, and I said in my interviews that I really missed writing content. In every interview, the person I met with explained that this position required much more editing than writing, and they asked me several times if I was okay with that. They were very upfront and made sure that my desires in a job aligned with their desires in an employee.
