there are 2 interviews, however they prefer to interview ppl that been referred by someone internal. First interview is with manager second with the broker(s) They want to know your licensing status with IIROC and what kind of assistance you provided to previous brokers

N/A too long to type out - standard interview with lots of questions, better to be over prepared than underprepared! Interviewer was friendly and asked great questions. Some of the questions were on a get to know me basis to see if I would fit in with the company.

it was a digital interview that took 10 to 15 mins times and it was not very difficult. just basic questions and behavioral questions. it is a very comfortable process without any pressure.

i received a call to set up a zoom call and there was a basic video interview through zoom. lasted about 40 mins with relatively basic questions. nothing too complicated, doing research online is enough prep
