Very good, I was interviewed by one of the TLs in the collections département by phone interview. It felt like we were chatting. she asked me behavioural questions and my previous experience.
Easy process. Had two rounds and the final round with the hiring manager. There was also a test for customer interactions. Fun experience. Interviewer was very calm and asked good questions.
