Interview
There is two sets of interviews. One is over the phone with behavioural questions and some situational questions and if you make it onto the next interview it's a lot less stressful. They want to get to know you and they ask you about yourself and try to see if you're a good fit for their branch. If you don't get the job, keep applying and contact your recruiter you might have a second chance.

Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.

Online One way interview. Multiple questions, would be given time before the question to think about before needing to answer. Time limit for each question (need to stay within a limit)
1-on-1 with assistant branch manager. Why do you want to work at a bank? Behaviour questions, like what would you do if you made a mistake. Tests your language abilites like Chinese.
