I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at BMO Financial Group (Toronto, ON) in May 2022
Interview
When I received a chance for an interview I couldn't believe that I needed to accomplish it by recording audio and video of my answer to advance any further. Imagine talking to yourself knowing that no one will respond.
Is it a joke to you, BMO? Am I a youtube blogger for you?
With all the ways you have to weed out people for that position, you chose the worst one.
I hope people will keep that in mind before applying to your company.

Question 1
How does this role align with your short and long term career objectives?
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at BMO Financial Group (Waterloo, ON) in Oct 2018
Interview
Started off like a traditional interview: "Tell me about yourself", and then asking questions based on my resume and the things I claimed to have knowledge & experience in. I'm pretty good at being concise and to the point with my answers, so this whole process was rather quick; it only took 8 minutes. After those 8 minutes, the interviewer simply said "thank you, that is all. Good bye," and she hung up.
No chances to ask questions about the role or the job itself. Still very clueless as to what the job entails--I don't even know what technologies are involved on the team. In my opinion, this is a very rude way of conducting an interview, and represents total disrespect for the interviewee's time. An interview should go two ways. Avoid BMO unless you have no better options (I should mention that they did offer a high salary, but that's about the only good thing about the position).
