They sent me link for the video assessment within one week of my application. I completed video assessments then received an interview invitation email from HR. Had my final interview with 2 managers.

Screening, HR interview ( tell me about yourself, salary expectations, talk about the role), Manager and senior manager interview ( behavior questions and case study)

I received an email from BMO inviting me to complete a video interview by BMO by a certain deadline after applying online with my resume & cover letter on BMO's career Workday website. The video interview presented questions one by one & I'd to record a response for each question. For each question, I've a max. of 3 attempts to record & answer it.
