3. 2nd interview with hiring team. This interview was very in-depth.
4. 3rd interview with head of department. This interview was more about fit. No 'real' interview questions.
Note: the recruiter is really hands-on. Follows-up before and after interviews. Asks how you're feeling about the opportunity and the fit.
