Interview
This company is a time waster in my view. They are an employment agency and post jobs that are not really available. They called me 5 minutes after I applied for a job listed in the Telegraph and asked me for a face to face interview in London.

Question 1
The first thing they did was hand me an ipad and asked me to register. They wanted to know my age, as it is one of the questions. I had previously submitted my CV. Not relevan. The gentleman who interviewed me after came in and said, this is not going to take long.

Interview
Met with a member of the BMS recruitment team for suitable roles who was completely uninterested and rude. He was not confident, just outright smug and cocky. Left the interview feeling like my CV would be ripped to shreds the second I turned my back despite going in with broad experience and an open mind to new roles. Put doubts in my mind over any recruitment agent and the vultures that they tend to employ.

It’s always the same thing attending interviews arranged by this company and their recruiters. You waste your time and money attending arranged interviews to never hearing feedback even if it’s been unsuccessful. They don’t answer your calls or emails. Until they need to send candidates on more time wasting interviews. Rather deal with companies directly.
