Good company to gain experience in recruitment and sales training in general. Good payers and commission structure.

Cons

Not great at addressing problems in the team such as toxic behaviours, they tend to promote from within and not necessarily promote an inclusive culture. Tends to be grads brought in and fast tracked to management via performance.

-Great office culture, everybody was very friendly and supportive. -Excellent training and preparation for the role. -A cut above when it comes to market expertise and service provided to clients/candidates. -Very good WFH flexibility after initial probation period. -Tight-knit and small team, excellent communication channel across the org. -Great trust given to new recruits from senior management and the tools to perform the job well.

Cons

-Poor bonus/target structure, lacked transparency and seemed to constantly shift. -Inaccurate OTE on original job ad for role, bonus is discretionary.
