I have applied for Java position from India, the 1st round would be an online test and 2nd round also one more technical and third round would be in BMW Germany as they will take care all the travel and accommodation seems.

I have got call from a Technical guy form BMW, he asked me to write Balanced Tree Algorithm in Java in scratch pad.
So please be prepared the data structures.
