      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at BMW Group UK (Oxford, England) in Sep 2013

      Interview

The application required a cover letter and CV submission. The first step was to complete a numerical reasoning and a verbal reasoning test. After the tests I was called in for an assessment centre in Plant Mini Oxford. The assessment centre comprised of a simple one hour competency based interview and then a group exercise where we were asked to build a well known monument by paper and tape. Obviously, they monitored our team work and ideas. My group was consisted of three applicants and the group exercise took no more than 30 minutes.
