STAR interview process, with multiple people on a panel. 3 day hiring event company presentation with social hours and last day for interviews. Took about a week to hear an offer after interview. Then background check and drug screen. Only bad thing is start day is usually months out instead of a couple of weeks.

I applied online. I received an email confirming a time for a Phone interview. I was drug tested by submitting a hair sample. I was offered the position and salary offer.
