BOOST (VA) interview questions

I had three rounds of interviews over the course of 30+ days. The process was extremely lengthy and I was often met with weeks of radio silence. I felt multiple interviews were unnecessary since I was asked the same questions by different staff. After the third interview I did not hear back for 15 days.

Only had Two to three interviews and it was a fast decision process that occurred within a day of the final interview. Interviewed with HR, the Director of Accounting and COO, and a team member. The interviews took about a week, the offer was presented within a day of the final interview and there was a 2 week gap
