I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at BPI - Business Performance Institute (Turin) in Oct 2014
Interview
Very structured interview process. I went to a first interview with the recruitment manager where I was informed about the role and companies goals. Interview with the team and partners were nice but mostly focused on a business case and not on my experience.

Question 1
An overview on my experience followed by a sort of business case to solve. The business case was proposed to me in 3 interviews out of 5 (that is too much in my opinion).
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at BPI - Business Performance Institute in Jun 2021
Interview
I had a great experience when interviewing for BPI. I got to know the company, the people and the position very well, and I was always well informed about the next steps and the requirements, what to expect and how to prepare for the different stages. I really enjoyed the interviews because during the discussions I got sneak-peek of the company's culture and I could ask all my questions and more.

Question 1
Motivation to join BPI, personal and professional areas of interest
I applied online. I interviewed at BPI - Business Performance Institute in Oct 2016
Interview
I applied online and was contacted fairly quickly via email for a first interview via Skype with HR. It was a very pleasant experience because usually HR people are quite "standardised" and come across cold. Not so here. Some questions also fell out of the standard questionnaire which was challenging and interesting. Next, I had a Skype interview with a Consultant from Turin with a case and some minutes for a personal conversation. This step has been repeated with another Consultant from London. After that, I had my final interview with a Partner also via Skype with the same structure. The interview process stretched across 2 months and before making an offer, they invited to one of their internal training/social days which they conduct every 2 to 3 days. It was a very good experience to meet the whole team and have short conversations in breaks with everyone. I also worked inside the groups during the content session as I would be already part of the company. It really made me feel like they have nothing to hide.
The only negative thing to mention is that it took them another 2 to 3 months to make a final offer - I understood that was due to new projects being delayed to start.
