I applied on line based on a job annonce in internet, two days later someone called me at home and we had a phone interview, then they invited me to 1:1 at same week. at the same day leter they proposed me a offer that I accepted.

Interview
I had to provide references. I was asked about my skills in software engineering and numerical analysis. I was also asked to speak in English (the interview was in French). As I was only applying for an internship, the interviewing process was very simple. The employer mostly based himself on references provided by a faculty member we both knew.
