BRE Group interview questions

I had a very positive interview experience with BRE. I was offered a good range of interview time slots, which made the process feel flexible and well organised. The interview took place via Teams, and the information provided beforehand was thorough, clear, and easy to understand, which allowed me to prepare properly. The interview itself involved giving a presentation followed by competency-based questions for the role. The panel consisted of two interviewers, who asked thoughtful questions about my presentation before moving on to the wider interview. Although the process was thorough, the questions were delivered in a conversational and professional way, which helped create a relaxed atmosphere and made it easier to engage fully. Overall, I felt the interview was well structured, fair, and gave me a good opportunity to demonstrate my experience and suitability for the role.
