I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BRG (Boston, MA) in Oct 2021
Interview
First round phone screen, felt relaxed and just asked about background and general experience. Super day was 5-30min zoom interviews with different members of the firm at different levels. One "technical" portion more like a conversation about a pricing case.
Did not ever receive word back after following up multiple times with associates I spoke to throughout the interview process and felt I had established a comfortable relationship with. Honestly I felt disrespected of my own time to not even warrant a rejection email from a company that claims to be people-oriented.
