I was contacted for a phone interview via email and in the days leading up to the interview the recruiter asked several exploratory questions. The last question and point where I bowed out of the process was that she indicated the company wanted to pay around 60,000 for the position. In a city as expensive as Washington DC I was really surprised at this low of a salary.
To be clear, I actually never got a chance to interview. However I can comment on the interview set-up process. The scheduling process was very easy and BRG and I were able to resolve a non-negotiable before taking up too much time for everyone involved.
